I provide treatment for individuals (ages 16+), couples and families, with special emphasis on the developmental issues which keep you stuck in your journey.

I provide a safe/non-judgmental atmosphere where we can talk, explore, and discover what is keeping you stuck, including negative thought patterns and unhealthy core beliefs. I believe that effective therapy not only includes becoming more self-aware, but also unlearning destructive beliefs that impact your ability to become your authentic/genuine self.

So wherever you are in this life’s journey, I'm here to walk alongside you as you discover your unique path. We might even laugh a bit along the way! Please call or e-mail me to schedule an appointment.
